For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register for and use a daybet account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines as prescribed by PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts on daybet.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in the jurisdiction from which you access daybet.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of daybet, any of its affiliated entities, or any game provider whose content appears on the daybet platform.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the daybet platform or any associated platform.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion list in the Philippines administered by PAGCOR or any other relevant authority.

By completing the registration process on daybet, you warrant and represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to notify daybet promptly if any of your registration details change. daybet reserves the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time and to request documentation in support thereof.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your daybet account credentials, including your email address, password, and any security codes associated with your account. daybet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Immediately notify daybet customer support if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, or if your credentials are lost, stolen, or compromised.
• Ensure that the contact details registered on your daybet account — particularly your email address and Philippine mobile number — are kept accurate and up to date at all times.
• Not permit any other person to access your daybet account, place bets on your behalf, or conduct any transaction from your account.

daybet accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to comply with the above obligations. All transactions conducted from your account using your correct credentials are deemed to have been authorised by you, except where you have promptly reported a suspected breach to daybet as required above.

daybet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including where:

• The information provided at registration or subsequently is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
• The account holder is found to have violated any provision of these Terms.
• daybet is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory instruction.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to prior notice to the registered email address.

All financial transactions on daybet are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). daybet supports deposits and withdrawals via the payment methods listed on your account dashboard, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment methods may be added or removed at daybet's discretion.

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. daybet does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the deposit page of the daybet platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
• daybet processes GCash and PayMaya deposits instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution.
• daybet reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of any deposit, consistent with its anti-money laundering obligations under Philippine law.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. daybet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Completion of the KYC identity verification process is required before any withdrawal may be processed. daybet may request government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and documentation of payment methods used.
• daybet aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. These are target processing times and are not guaranteed under all circumstances.
• daybet reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to minimum and maximum limits as set out on the withdrawal page of the daybet platform.

daybet offers bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of offer activation. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that offer.

• Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of daybet and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in active use by a player.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of winnings derived from bonus funds may be made. Specific wagering requirements for each offer are stated at the time of activation.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available for one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• daybet reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has exploited, abused, or attempted to circumvent the bonus system, including through use of multiple accounts, systematic betting patterns designed to minimise wagering risk, or any other method that in daybet's sole judgment constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonuses not claimed within the validity period stated in the specific offer terms will expire and be removed from the account.

All games available on daybet are governed by the rules applicable to each individual game as presented within the game interface. Where a conflict arises between these Terms and an individual game's rules, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules are more specific to the relevant situation.

• All casino games on daybet use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and certified for fairness by internationally recognised testing laboratories. RTP figures are available within each game's information panel.
• In the event of a malfunction in any game on the daybet platform — whether a software error, disconnection, technical failure, or any other cause — daybet reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and refund the bet amount to the player's account. Game outcome decisions made under malfunctions are final and binding.
• daybet reserves the right to void, cancel, or suspend any sports betting market, sports bet, or event outcome where it determines that there is evidence of match fixing, irregular betting patterns, data feed errors, or other circumstances that compromise the integrity of the market.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on daybet and are displayed within the game interface before a bet is placed. These limits may be adjusted by daybet at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the daybet platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance and bonus funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Using the daybet platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to access, interact with, or place bets on daybet.
• Colluding with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on daybet.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in any daybet game or platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to daybet support immediately and will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or funds obtained through illegal means through the daybet platform.
• Accessing the daybet platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without lawful authorisation to do so.
• Registering more than one account on daybet, regardless of the name, payment method, device, or IP address used.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any time during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with daybet.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward any daybet employee, agent, or other player.

daybet is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on the platform. We recognise that while the vast majority of Filipino players use daybet for entertainment, gambling can become problematic for some individuals. daybet provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit to your daybet account. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. daybet will block further play once the set limit is reached for the applicable period.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum duration settings for individual play sessions on daybet. You will receive an alert when your set session time expires.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary restrictions on account access ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. The account is inaccessible for the selected period with no option to cancel early.
• Self-Exclusion: A formal self-exclusion that blocks access to your daybet account for a minimum of six months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All intellectual property rights in and to the daybet platform — including but not limited to the daybet brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, data, databases, game interfaces, and all other content — are owned by daybet or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your use of the daybet platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights to you and does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of any daybet content.
• Use any daybet branding, trademarks, or logos for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from daybet.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any daybet software.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract data from the daybet platform by any automated means.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, daybet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the daybet platform or any game, service, or content available thereon.

Without limiting the foregoing, daybet specifically excludes liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your daybet account credentials.
• Interruptions, errors, delays, or failures in the daybet platform arising from circumstances beyond daybet's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Any inaccuracy or error in a game result arising from a third-party game provider's systems, where daybet has acted reasonably in relying on the provider's data.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, analysis, or commentary published on the daybet platform regarding sports events, game strategies, or any other matter.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit daybet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

daybet collects, processes, and stores personal data about registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on daybet, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the daybet Privacy Policy.

daybet processes personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement where required by law or necessary for the provision of daybet's services.

You may close your daybet account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure of your account at your request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

daybet may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by law or regulatory authority. In such cases, daybet reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that a violation occurred, daybet may forfeit the relevant balance.

These Terms & Conditions and your relationship with daybet shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through daybet's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

daybet operates in alignment with the guidelines and regulations issued by PAGCOR for online gaming platforms serving Filipino players. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be inconsistent with applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, the applicable law or regulation shall prevail, and the affected provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to achieve compliance.

daybet is committed to resolving all player complaints fairly and efficiently. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by daybet's customer support team, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority in accordance with applicable PAGCOR complaint procedures.
